Friends Camp is one of the accommodation options offered by Defqon.1, guaranteeing you an area reserved for you and your friends, with capacity for groups of 20 to 50 people.
WHAT DOES THE FRIENDS CAMP INCLUDE?
FRIENDS CAMP BASIC (€335):
- Entrance to the 4-day festival.
- Area reserved exclusively for your group of 20 to 50 people.
- Identification poster with the name you choose for your Friends Camp.
- DOES NOT INCLUDE CAMPAIGN TENT.
FRIENDS CAMP REGULAR (€355):
- Entrance to the 4-day festival.
- Area reserved exclusively for your group of 20 to 50 people.
- Tables with benches each 8 people. If you are 40 people, you will receive 5 tables.
- Identification poster with the name you choose for your Friends Camp.
- Access bracelet to the Friends Camp campsite. Last year, it was located in campsite 4.
- DOES NOT INCLUDE CAMPAIGN TENT.
FRIENDS CAMP DELUXE (€375):
- Entrance to the 4-day festival.
- Area reserved exclusively for your group of 20 to 50 people.
- Tables with benches each 8 people. If you are 40 people, you will receive 5 tables.
- Identification poster with the name you choose for your Friends Camp.
- Tent to cover yourself from the sun for 10 people.
- Access bracelet to the Friends Camp campsite. Last year, it was located in campsite 4.
- DOES NOT INCLUDE CAMPAIGN TENT.
We recommend the regular Friendscamp since we believe that the tables with benches are an important point. Regarding the tent, you can get one of up to 6 meters in stores near the festival for around €70, dividing it among all is much cheaper than the difference per person. from Friends camp Deluxe.
HOW TO BUY A FRIENDS CAMP?
- Tickets for Friends Camp sell out quickly, so we recommend buying them at the time they go on sale to make sure you get one. It includes the 4-day ticket to the festival and access to campsite 4 of the Friends Camp, where you will be together with other groups at Friends Camp.
- The price of Friends Camp this year is €335 to €375 which includes the cost of entry to the festival plus the friends camp extra per person for the reserved area.
- To make the purchase, a single payment must be made from the same account. This is important, since the person in charge of the payment need to make sure you can make a large amount of money online transaction, being the minimum of 6.400 €(in the case of 20 people) and exceeding 15.000 € in case of completing the capacity of 50 people.
- It's important to mention that, Even if you purchase for 20 people, Q-dance offers the option to add more people to Friends Camp for the extra price + management fees up to one month before the festival. To add more people, you need to collect the data of the people to be added and send an email to Q-dance Travel to inform them that you want to add more people. They will send you a link to make the payment.
It should be noted that people who are added later must have purchased the weekend ticket, since the additional supplement only grants access to the Friends Camp campsite. - Once the purchase is made, the buyer will receive as many personalization links in his/her email as tickets he/she has purchased. You will need to send each person one of the links for attendees to personalize their ticket with their name. Once everyone has personalized their tickets, the buyer will receive a PDF file with all the personalized tickets. These tickets are exclusively for 4-day access to the festival.
- To access Friends Camp, you must exchange a single special ticket that the buyer has at the campsite 4 check-in, just before entering. To exchange the ticket, the buyer's ID will be required to receive the bracelets. Only one person will receive all the bracelets, whether the group is 20 or 50 people, and it will be you who will distribute them among the members of the Friends Camp.
- The buyer of the tickets must indicate the name of the Friends Camp a few months before, when requested by Q-dance by email.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Collect the money in advance and be careful with Bizum's daily and monthly limits. They can collect the money from different people through transfers and try to make as few transactions as possible to make it easier for the buyer.
- The buyer must ensure that he can make such payment. It's best to talk to your bank and confirm that there will be no problems.
- A great advantage of the Friends Camp is that they won't have to stand in long lines to access a better camping spot, since their area will be reserved. However, to access the Friends Camp campsite, the buyer must present their ID to receive the bracelets of all members. Without them, they will not be able to enter. Therefore, it would be ideal for the buyer to be one of the first people to arrive. Otherwise, they may not be able to access the Friends Camp site. They can also try to use a photo of the ID.
- To have a more comfortable stay, we strongly recommend the purchase of a tent to protect yourself from the sun and possible rain. In recent years, at least one of the four days has been rainy, while others have been sunny. They will spend many hours at the campsite, so you can find tents at a good price in stores like Action or Decathlon. A 6 meter tent can cost around €70.
