EDC Las Vegas reveals line up and some details of its next edition

EDC Las Vegas has announced the lineup for its next edition in May, in addition to a series of news and information about the festival.

Last week was a special week for EDC Las Vegas. In just 5 days, they announced all the news about the festival, from its theme to the artists who will be part of it. Held on May 17, 18 and 19 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, it's one of the paradises of electronic music. As their motto says, you will dance 'under the electric sky'.

Through 'Music Through Music', one of its characteristic ways of revealing the line up through Insomniac Radio, Pasquale Rotella through hundreds of songs, announced the artists who would be part of this next edition. A fun and quite functional way to involve attendees perhaps the most important announcement of the festival. Check all of them through our tweet:

In addition, they announced a series of improvements and information regarding this edition:

  • The new theme will be called kineticCIRCLE. It will honor the community and the memory of the past and present that will always come full circle on the dance floor.
  • bassPOD, wasteLAND, neonGARDEN, and quantumVALLEY will have a new location. Entire festival site will be reorganized and will have new art cars.
  • neonGARDEN will no longer be outdoor and it will have a roof again.
  • There will be many more surprises, including some artists who have not been announced but will be performing at EDC Las Vegas.
  • Certain genres will have more support than ever, including drum n' bass, psytrance and hard techno with many artists on the bill who have never played EDC Las Vegas before.
  • [...]

After attending in 2018 and being pleasantly surprised (Festival Season was born because we needed to tell this story), we only have good words and many recommendations for a festival that, once you have passed the tunnel, will conquer you. There are still a few tickets on sale on its website, so if you want to enjoy an incredible experience, EDC Las Vegas is the place.

About Erik

One summer of 2014 I wondered what an electronic music festival would be like and 5 years later, I wonder what would become of me without such a festival regularly..
