Wehbba will present in Barcelona its third album «Straight Lines and Sharp Corners» with a short film and a live presentation.
Known as one of the greatest exponents of techno music in Brazil, will release on March 9 his long-awaited third album "Straight Lines and Sharp Corners" through one of the most illustrious techno labels: Drumcode. More than an album, it consists of a project in which Wehbba's life as an artist is reflected, after a long decade in the industry.
Born of the purest inspirations, the 13 parts into which "Straight Lines and Sharp Corners" are divided represent the deeper and more sentimental musical references Give Your Heart. Settled in Barcelona As a dj and producer, Wehbba refers to the great Antoni Gaudí for the album title.
“There are no straight lines or sharp corners in nature, therefore buildings should not have straight lines or sharp corners. Everything created by human beings is already in the great book of nature ». - Antoni Gaudí.
“The musical references in these works go back to the 90s, when I started listening to electronic music and didn't judge what was great, when it was totally free. They represent, without any filter, what moved me, from braindance to goa trance, from atmosphere to hard house, and from drum n 'bass through every mutation of techno and house music ». - Wehbba.
